“Fre{n}sh” is a start-up ‘Home-Made’ Patisserie Take Away that will eventually progress into a full Boulangerie. The concept is very true to the French traditional ‘Casse-croute’ and this will give food lovers and ‘snackers’ the opportunity to have a quick yet true and fresh snack. Transparency and quality will be an everyday treat for Clients as they will be able to see food being prepared via the open-plan kitchen.  Food will be kept under strict traditional guidelines as to match French Boulangerie & Patisserie requirements. Since we strongly believe in a product that has a homely touch to it, all products will be prepared in-house using the freshest ingredients on the market to further satisfy today’s demand for comfort food.
At “Fre{n}sh” you will be able to savour:

  • The world-renowned Viennoiserie as it should be, buttery and home-made.
  • Cakes & French quiches such as the well-known Quiche Lorraine.
  • Waffles with toppings ranging from whipped fresh cream to delicious praline.
  • A range of French patisserie such as éclairs, millefeuille, mousses, and tartelettes….
